By using Wabiss, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Wabiss is a WhatsApp messaging platform that uses an unofficial, web-based WhatsApp integration (not the official Meta/WhatsApp Business API). Wabiss is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Meta Platforms Inc. or WhatsApp.
You may NOT use Wabiss to send:
Violation may result in immediate account termination without refund.
You are responsible for the WhatsApp number/SIM you use with Wabiss. WhatsApp may ban numbers used for bulk messaging. Wabiss is not liable for WhatsApp bans or account restrictions. Use a dedicated SIM/number — do not use your personal WhatsApp number.
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. We are not liable for losses due to downtime.
The Wabiss platform, brand, and all related content are owned by Wabiss. You retain ownership of your content and contact data.
We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data to third parties.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from the Billing page.
Wabiss is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 30 days.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes subject to jurisdiction of courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes = acceptance.
