Do Meta templates matter for first outreach?+

Yes. For Meta Cloud API, first outreach to a new contact must use an approved template. Free-form text is available inside the 24-hour customer service window.

What is the difference between subscription and Pay As You Go?+

Subscription plans give you a monthly message quota at a lower rate. PAYG lets you top up a wallet and pay ₹0.60 per message with no commitment.

Does 18% GST apply?+

Prices shown are base prices. Final pricing at checkout may include applicable taxes based on your location. You receive a proper receipt for every payment.

Do unused messages roll over?+
